Alex was patient and took the time to walk me through the process and was very reassuring. He also gave me some suggestions for new settings for a new material I was having issues with. The new material is now cutting Read more like butter and I’m thrilled! Still need to finish fixing up the autofocus on my end but I have a clear path forwards and feeling confident!”
